This page explains what we do with the details you send us. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we store your name, your email address, the services you selected and your message. You may also choose to tell us your budget and timeline.

We also store two technical details with each enquiry: your browser type (the user agent) and the page you came from (the referring page). To limit spam we keep a salted hash of your IP address, used only for that purpose and kept for up to one hour. We do not store the IP address itself.

Why we collect it

For one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone other than the processors listed below.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 24 months, then delete it.

Who processes it

Three services handle your data on our behalf. Supabase stores the enquiry. Resend sends us the notification email. Vercel hosts this website and provides basic traffic analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@khushlabs.in and we will reply within one working day.
